New Year, New You We will focus on physical, mental and spiritual development, with an emphasis on and suggestions for setting these realistic, holistic goals for the entire year. |
February African American History We will focus on African-American history and will include information and historical teachings on persons of African descent found in the Scriptures. |
| March Young Adults and Singles Season We will celebrate our Young Adults and Singles. We will provide activities to assist our young adults with college and career goals, personal self-development, and so forth. In addition, Activities that address being single, divorced, and Widowed will be included, as well as retreats for both Young Adults and Singles. |
April Resurrection Season We will celebrate the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, with various activities including an annual Easter Presentation sponsored by the Church School, a Cantata and more. |
| May Children's and Youth Season We will celebrate our Youth, Young Adults, and Children. Each will have their own retreat, along with a church-wide Annual Theme Park trip. |
June Men's Season We will focus on Men’s Season. This month will include Men's Day, a Father/Son Prayer Breakfast or athletic activity, and a Men's retreat. |
| July Christian Crusade We will focus on out-door activities geared toward winning souls for Christ. These activities will include an old-fashioned tent revival and/or other outdoor events that solicit visitors from the surrounding community. |
August Season of Rest There will be no special events in the life of the church. This will be the season of rest. |
| September Women’s Season We will focus on Women's Season. This month will include Women's Day, a Mother/Daughter Tea, and a Women's retreat. |
October Family and Friends Season We will celebrate the church family, friends of the ministry and church members. During this period, there will be special activities sponsored by Class Leaders, as well as a Family and Friends Day. |
| November Thanksgiving Season Our Church will celebrate a time of Thanksgiving to God, to family and friends and to each other. |
December Christmas Season We will celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ through various events sponsored by combined Ministries within the church. |
